Alongside these self-storage gems, he has also left his mark on the industry by developing and constructing numerous multi-family buildings, a 17-unit student housing complex, and large-scale commercial sites.
Kimberly (Kim) Sigelman Marquardt, Vice President, has 15 years of experience in both private and public sector construction. Her experience encompasses roadway development, highway interchanges, and building enhancements, covering the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and funding to final design and construction completion. What sets Kim apart is her “big picture” perspective, allowing her to approach projects with a unique breadth of understanding.
Kim’s versatility shines in her ability to collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including those from bureaucracies, agencies, non-profit foundations, private developers, construction firms, and property owners. She works on project expenditures, budget review, contract and amendment preparation, contractor agreements, and change order management. Kim also offers valuable assistance with project coordination, which includes scheduling meetings, overseeing on-site personnel (such as surveyors and geotechnical experts), and conducting contractor quantity reviews for payment processing.
