This five-building self-storage facility in Mesquite, Nevada, opened for leasing in 2021. Despite breaking ground during the pandemic, the project stayed on schedule and within budget.

This 1800-square-foot single-family home was built from the ground up over the course of 2 years. Built into a steep slope, overlooking the 15 freeway, the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath custom modern-Craftsman home sold in mid-2020.

Villa Paseo Apartments

The Villa Paseo Apartment project is a private student housing facility near San Diego State University. Included in the scope was the entitlement and municipal approval of the three-story eight-unit $3,750,000 apartment project.

Campus Center Apartments

Campus Center Apartments is a mid-size student housing facility situated on the edge of San Diego State University. Mike was responsible for and directed the entire development and construction of this four-story seventeen-unit $8,100,000 project. Mike was essential in the profitable sale of the building to a large property management firm in late 2016.
